Barely any voltage coming off my pth08080

Includes but not limited to: SNES, Genesis, Sega CD, PlayStation 1, Nintendo 64, Dreamcast, Game Gear and I guess the Virtual Boy.

Barely any voltage coming off my pth08080

I have little to no voltage coming off the 3.3 line of my stepdown regulator, anyone know what could be causing this? I'm using a 100uf 35v capacitor, could that be the problem?

actually I just figured out the regulator was fried. Wired up a fresh one and it worked like a charm :D
