GameFighterColor!

Post by FDSMAN »

if any of you have heard about the GameFighter which is a Gameboy that kinda looks like a Gameboy Advance, I was thinking if it would be possible to
scoop it out, and take a GBC and pack it in there?

I hadn't heard of it, but I found this picture while looking for it:

So is this a GameBoy clone (not just in the casing, but the games compatibility as well)?

I don't think that it has anything to do with a gameboy, but a GBC would probably fit in there. You might half to cut the board though.

Wrong, it's a gameboy clone. Plays original GB games.

Ahem, they aren't discussing that it's a GBC, but how to actually squeeze a GBC in there. Get the facts right, everythings correct.

I think NOS was refferring to the fact that it "had nothing to do with Game Boy"...

He said it was "nothing to do with Game Boy" and he was wrong. Double check before posting next time.

I doubt they would, GB carts are pretty tiny - there's no reason why they should. But since nobody's seen one of these units outside of Hong Konk since some time last decade I think the chances of us finding out for sure are probably slim...

I wouldn't take a Game Fighter apart, and just throw it out. There arn't many of those out there, and it would loose it's pirateish glory because of the real Nintendo deali-o inside.

Try making your own style one, or make a GBA out of it.

Is anyone positive that this is a clone and not just an old gb put in a new housing?

That would kind of defeat the purpose of being a cheap clone in the first place ;) (Don't mention the Treamcast, it's more expensive than a DC)

Besides, the GB was definitely cloned.
