Does anybody know of any good batteries?

I'm going to make a portable, only I cant find good batteries that are 8v with a high mah, preferably at least 10 Ah. If anybody knows of any like these, please help!

You could get two li-on camcorder batteries that are rated at 7.2v(8.4v when fully charged) and around 7200mah. Then hook them up in parallel or series so, that the mah is added together. I don't remember which, adds mah. This would get you a total of 14400mah.

Parallel. Any batteries will work for that if they are the same, but you would need to just take the cells and get a new charging circuit and charger for them I believe. Might as well just go to batteryspace or whatever and build a battery of find a big one.
