ps1 analog stick replacement

Post by mako321 »

would it be easy to replace a ps1 analog stick with a psp one(I know people say it sucks, but I saw a page with a pic from bacteria, but I lost it or from a gamecube? if so, how?(please don't just flame about why not to use a psp analog, I like it) my controller analogs are hard to use dead to me.

People say is sucks yes, i agree that it does have a few flaws but the only flaw i've experienced across all Psp's is lack of accuracy for sniping but those situations are rare and hard to come by.
As for getting the bugga to work on the PSone you'll need to do a bit of testing yourself, PSone analog sticks work on the PSP fine without the need of any extra resistors therefore it may seem logical that the PSP stick should work on the PSone.
and as for would it be easy... yes it might be, I really didn't have time to test it on the PSone but my initial 5 minute attempt proved no results.
