how do you desoldrr them the just absorb the heat.

Heat it up and pry it off with pliers.

well i got pissed and just cut the board around it i didnt hit a single trace i have gotten this board quite small.

Use a heat gun or an oven. You have to heat the entire area up. Hairdryer might work if you block the air intake a little. But they have thermal cutoffs set to something relatively low.

Go to Radioshack, get a solder sucker bulb. Desoldering bulb. Whatever
It's what I use to get soldered heatsinks off, and other parts where an obnoxious amount of solder was used. Or. you can take your dremel and grind the tabs down - it's not like you're going to be using them.
Heat up the solder, suck it off with the bulb. Works like a charm. It's like 5 bucks.

I think his problem was at the heating-up stage. His iron i'snt powerful enough
