I don't know if you all are as much of nerds as I am, but I play magic the gathering (trading card game) and I just got some new 5mm dice. If you don't know how small that is, here are some pictures

I played quite a bit awhile back. It's quite fun, but I realized how expensive it gets. On a related note, if you want to buy any cards from about 5-6 years ago (I think), I'm your man.

I don't think the internet has a smell. On a serious note, I'm glad that I'm the only nerd on this forum that plays magic, and to those asking "why do you need dice that small", I say "why do we need portables that small"

My house has so many dice you would never believe it.

We have 5 sets of dice for D and D, tons of dice (including those mini ones) for Warhammer and like 15-20 standard 6 sided dice for our modifications to risk.

A couple of my friends and I are having a Magic day tomorrow (later today to be technical). I love Magic, and I definitely agree with Joes2Silly. It is a very social game.

But those are some pretty sweet dice. I wonder if they make a d20 in 5mm......

My friend got them at a weird store in San Marcus ( I live in San Antonio, TX), but I'm sure you could find some online. I paid about $9 for 73 dice, but it may be a bit more if you buy them online. And I'm glad I'm not the only nerd here on benheck!
