It can come jailbroken, or with a stock factory wipe. Has no huge scratches on back, just general wear, front glass looks great. Comes with a case, a charging/sync USB cable, some nice Sony earbuds, and wiping cloth. Might come with an official universal ipod dock or a small DIY built line-out cable if you are interested in buying it.
