Well, I have been looking on batteryspace.com for the right pcb, but none of them seem to be right.
I am using a 9400 mAh 11.1 Volt Lithium-Ion Polymer battery, consisting of (6) 3.7 Volt batteries.
I am aware that I need a protection circuit for this kind of battery so if anyone could point me in the right direction, that would be great.
(Cheap would be nice too. )

Any idea what the charge and/or discharge rating of the battery is? Also, you are wiring three parallel pairs in series to get 11.1v - is that correct?

Indeed it is. 3 Pairs of batteries, the pair is in series and then the pairs are wired in parallel.
The charge rate for each battery is 4.7 Amps max, and the discharge rate is 37.6 Amps Max.

I'd recommend wiring up three cells to one pcb and the other three cells to a separate one. Both sets could be wired to a single charger. I'm sure they're out there, but I've never seen a pcb for an 11.1v 6-cell battery.

But it's 5A, so that's a bit over what you need. I'll keep an eye out and see if I can find anything around 4.5A or so.

I've never wired lipo's in parallel before so I don't know what would need to be done for that. I suppose you're right, collinE.

Would something other than batteryspace carry the correct pcb? I've looked local but they don't have anything close to what I need. Also, that is the max charging rate, so I assume anything lower than that would be fine. I don't really want to risk using that PCB even if it's only .3 Volts more than the max.

That's good advice. I just didn't want to get a PCB for each individual battery. Do you know of one that would work with my setup? (Only 3 piece, of course?)

The pack is 4 cells 'high' and 2 cells 'wide'. the sets of two are wired in parallel and then go to the protection PCB as if they were only one cell.
I see no problem with this as long as the two cells are initially at the exact same charge level, and of exactly the same capacity (I.e new cells from the same batch).
Cool, then I can save some money and only buy one PCB.
If I'm correct, though, wouldn't each battery charge half as slowly then? Could I go the max charge rate since it is being split over two lines?
Thanks for everybody's comments, but I still haven't found the right PCB. If I can go over the max amps, then I think I've found a PCB for my needs.
