Velcro, Double-sided tape, Hot Glue, pretty much any kind of adhesive that doesn't conduct electricity should work.

Also, does anyone know, because I'm not really sure, how well a Force Pak compares to a standard Rumble Pak in terms of degree of force? I lost my Rumble Pak several years ago, and have just used my Force Pak ever since, and if memory serves me, the Rumble Pak outperforms the Force Pak (in terms of rumble power). Does anyone have the both of them to compare?
The force pak won't have anywhere near the power of a rumble pak, because you are using about half the power. Don't forget that in a portable, that would also cause more draw = less play time. I haven't seen or met anybody who has used a rumble pak in a portable, but because of the increased size and weight. If you really want to use a rumble pak, I would suggest you build an extension onto the port, and strap the rumble pak to your arm. Less damage to your portable, and a lot more force.

Thats actually not a bad idea! How about using multiple paks. One on your head, stomach, each arm, each leg, and the legs of your chair. Wouldn't cost too much to do that either.

I remember seeing something like a big rubmle pack you could mount on a chair once. It took the low-end audio signals and vibrated in time with them. (I forget where it was, sadly... :( )

No, not just your portable. Build a wired plug onto the chair, and modify your force-feedback controllers with a matching socket (connected to the motor wires). That way, you can connect all your systems to the chair. You can then wire the chair switch end with a relay to turn the chair motor on when the controller motor turns on. (Wire the relay in parallel to the normal switch so the chair will still have full functionality as a massage chair.)
