Phoenix Project Enters First of Final 2 Critical Stages!

Post by benheck »

The first critical stage is how the outer molds perform. (See the blog) At 4 PM they should be ready to get pulled off the case so I guess I'll see then!

Provided that works (and doesn't pull the paint off the cases and make a holy mess) I shall then let the molds cure for a while longer, overnight, then make the first resin castings of a case tomorrow morning (That being the final FINAL critical stage) If that works it's full-on GO!

Note: It had better be full-on GO because I just got in 3 more screens, a bunch of Digi-key parts and of course those circuit boards! Otherwise, to quote Zorg in The Fifth Element: "I'm screwed"
