how can mod the disk drive of the dreamcast, so it pulls out like a pc disk drive?

i want to modify my dreamcast, similar to the dreamcast tablet.

You need to take the tray mechanism from a pc or other drive and replace the spindle (thing the game snaps onto) with the one from the other drive, and rig up the circuitry to open and close the drive. There is no guide to doing it to a Dreamcast, and as far as I know, no one has done a tray or slot load mod to the Dreamcast.
