this time i need a battery for the dreamcast. so i can remove the power supply.
how many voltage, current and power does the power supply gives the dreamcast?

The DC requires 3 diffrent voltages.
3.3V 5v and 12v
I reccomend investing in a picoPSU (which outputs all those voltages).
Using a picoPSU you can take any 12v source and make it work.

(you knew this was coming AfroLH)! You can run off 3.25v, 5v and 7.4v fine. For the 3.25v / 3.3v use a TI card, the 5v a 7805 (or TI card). No PicoPSU needed in this combo.

You can get good 7.4v batteries for what bacteria said at batteriesplus.com. you need to get a charging pcb and a smart charger with it. not the cheapest batteries but they are good quality. also, you can try getting similar batteries off of eBay.
