Spare PSU

Well, I have an unused PSU (for a computer) and I was thinking of doing the same thing Ben did on his workspace. Problem is, I really don't know what outputs all the different volts and amps (I think hard drive power cables are 5v, but that's it). Does anyone have pinouts, or is there something better I could do with the PSU altogether.

Go onto instructables and search 'ATX power supply'.
