What is this anime movie?

I remember watching this one anime movie when I was a kid and I loved watching it, but I can't remember the name for the life of me.

It had this girl who moved to some new place with her dad or something, and one part I remember is when it's raining and she's waiting for a school bus, and this big thing followed her with an umbrella or something. The thing was dark grey I think and it had cat-like ears and maybe whiskers... I can't really remember.

All the Studio Ghibli movies I've seen have been awesome. Hayao Miyazaki is the man. If you liked Totoro, some of his other movies are Spirited Away, Howl's Moving Castle, Kiki's Delivery Service, Princess Mononoke, and a couple others (can't think of the names right now).

A while back (several months) at some gaming conference, Studio Ghibli revealed a DS game they were making. No title at the time and no publisher (they had doubts it'd ever come to America), but it looked AWESOME! It looked just like one of Hayao Miyazaki's movies, but in a game obviously and it came in crazy packaging. It was like a little chest with the game manual and a spell book (actually looked like a tome or something, really cool) and in the game you had to use the spells for certain actions/puzzles/fights/etc. To use them though, you had to look up the proper spell in the spell book and draw the proper glyph on the bottom screen. Being a fan of collector's editions and extra stuff, this looked awesome to me.

EDIT: Found the trailer for it here. Apparently it's called The Another World or Ninokuni. It looks absolutely amazing though. Level 5 is helping develop it.
