Back on the topic of case molding...

This sounds like a great way to make custom consoles out of any color plastic you want. I might try this and make a completely clear GBA. (Or maybe make one out of soap? )

That would be awsome. You would have an excuse for playing video games in the shower  .

The lightning bolt of inspiration strikes again...

What about camo, for playing in the woods?
Or Desert camo? for our soldiers in Iraq?
Or brushed metal, to match the new Powerbook?
Atari Controller Orange?
Imitate the website color scheme?
etc..

How about a portable that is waterproof? Play it on the beach, underwater, in the rain, in the snow, on the john...
Warranty-Voiding fun!

You read my mind! LOL. I thought MM007 was going to go into a Dr. Seuss "Green Eggs and Ham" poem there. Seriously though, it would be awsome to play underwater, but it would get hot without any vent holes. I agree with flipkick on the colours; blue and orange tiger stripes.

Then use aluminum or copper cooling fans on areas away from the person's hands to disperse heat. Then it'd work normally, and even better in the water. It'd also eliminate the problem of dust you have with fans and normal slots.

Only thing is making the cart slot waterproof, but all you'd need for that is a cover for the cartridge slot that sealed shut...same with the battery compartment...

It would still get extremely hot, because all the hot air would just circulate. Even if you could find a small high-powerred fan, it wouldn't be able to cool down the air.

OOOOHHH HEY! Give it a snorkle or an oxygen tank. An oxygen tank would be awsome, because you could put in some vent holes, and the air would move fast enough to keep water out. Attach your tank to it and share oxygen with your games :D .

Just build a case that could fit over a normal Phoenix, like they to to waterproof a camera.
