Help on hacking Interact Quantum Fighterpad Controller...

I had been looking for answers online all night, the only available picture for the hack is no longer available....

Does anyone know how to hack the pad's left and right analog triggers into digital buttons?

I'm currently hooking the pad up to a jamma cabinet, and just found out 2 extra buttons at front are useless.....
