You could use a cheap 12V dvd player and a psone lcd (probably would cost you $100 total), or you could by a 5" portable dvd player (probably would cost you $150 total).

What make/model/year is it? Would you mind modding the dashboard? This would be helpful.

You could always velcro a whole unit down to a flat horizontal surface.

I know they make bags that hang between the front seats, if that's an option. You coulld also make one out of one of those kid's backseat art stations: cut it to fit the DVD player when it's closed.

Like gannon said, you could use a psone screen.

(If you can find them cheap, you could put one on the back of each front seat, just like those Big money systems you see advertised!)

ah you mean those clown cars with horid rims. yeah they some times look pritty nice inside. yeah for a real cheap DVD player you could do what i did to my dads plymouth, just grab an inverter tv and DVD player and take out the back of the front center consoleand cram it all in there.

tiny?!?!? This is blasphemy!!!!!!!!!!

:P

seriously, though, I realize that a 5inch screen isn't the best for a car DVD player......perhaps try a 7" screen or something.....I know there are a few out there you could probably use, although they'd be pretty expensive...
Without games my life would have no meaning.
Well, I guess it would, but it would be a lot less fun!!!!!!!

Could always go with a 13" lcd TV, or just a 13" CRT TV if you have room for it. (I don't own a Suburban, so I'm not much help when it comes down to sizing. )

If you want a screen like that, you may as well just buy a portable DVD player. It is easy, and cheap(they do make good ones for cheap). These are best anyways, because they have anti-skip.
