I need to know which board is smaller for my next project, Is the FC twin board smaller than the regular mini snes board?
I'm trying to make my portable as small as possible.

FC Twin by quite a bit, but it apparently does not have perfect compatibility. I hope this helps, though it's more about a comparison of the Retro Duo and FC Twin:
