So, uh, can you scan something for me?

Just picked up a copy of The Guardian Legend from Play-n-Trade a couple of weeks ago, and this was my reaction:



Only one problem: there's no label. So once I clean it off, can someone scan their copy so I can print up a label for it? Can't find any good hi-res pictures... this is the best I can do, but it's probably too small to blow it up and look nice. Also, a description of the label on the edge side would be nice.
