I found this video great, if a bit low-quality.

It wasn't exactly what I was expecting, but it's still a great watch. Essentially, it doesn't focus on WHY humans disappear, it simply shows prediction on what happens afterwards without human intervention.

Its an entire tv series and its pretty cool. I just started downloading season 1 last night.

Didn't watch the video, but each episode is about 40 minutes without commercials, so it may be parts of 2 or 3 episodes. Pretty cool show, but I dislike the format and wish there was a bit more science content (like showing how they know how long it takes a building to rust to the point that it falls down).

Is this the show where they showed how birds evolved into little ground digging things with claws? I thought that was pretty random. The whole time I was thinking "Where are they getting this information?"

I liked the bit on buildings and cities being taken over by nature though.

I thought the same thing, but I've been catching episodes now and then while channel surfing. The series' focus is much more on buildings, and not wild flights of ecology-fantasy like flying cats. Actual abandoned places(like battleship island, off the coast of Japan), and info on what happened when humans have disappeared before (i.e. to an aquarium in New Orleans during Katrina) are mixed in. Much better, IMO.
