GBC with analog stick mod :D

hey people this is going to be my first and complete mod.
right now i have everything ready except for the analog stick being hooked up to the gbc. anyone know that solder is optional because i dont want to kill the board

i think he's asking if he should solder or not, maybe?. yes definitley solder if you do a semi decent job your not going to fry the board, and are you sure you know what you are talking about? as in that you cant get a true analog stick to work on a gameboy without PWM' thingos.

What do you need this for? I mean, it would be cool, but pretty darn hard to do without some decent knowledge.

I suggest you read up on the PSP "Razor-X" and come back when you are enlightened.

you can use a normal psone style analog stick but you'd have to change it from analog, thats the easiest solution, theres a tutorial over at acidmods

sorry for a late response i had to reformat pc. but i do know what im doing when it comes to this mod. i have the pinout for the mod and i have everything ready except for the cartridge slot side being in the way so right now im trying to cut it away with a exact-o knife. ill post a pic of what i have so far.
