I don't know if you know this, but I run a mildly-successfull website design firm.
The managers here thought it'd be a great idea to have a graphic design competition.
Basically, you use our printing template (to account for bleed lines etc) and make a business postcard.
The winner gets 50 bucks, a strong letter of recommendation, *and* their design will actually be used in future print promotions!
I think this is a pretty sweet competition for any art and design students, or anyone hoping to get real-world exposure.
