Also, as far as cooling/speakers, you could probably fit 2 good size speakers in the space in the upper left side of the case, then you could add 2 fans parallel to each other over the gpu/cpu. I'd assume you could just wire them in parallel to the original fan pins.

I had a thin cut metal attachment. I did use a drill to make a few starter holes though.
I think I have the speaker solution...as for cooling I've dremeled down the stock fan for placement over top the gpu/cpu. This will push air away from the gpu/cpu. I will just add some fans to pull in new air to the case.
I hope you don't mind me asking but what stepsn did you skip and how did you desolder the Twin USB Tower? Also how did you fix the xbox that you got that had the RROD on it?

It looks like from your pictures that you didn't desolder the Power connector and the memory cards. And I can't tell if you removed the hard drive connector or not also you have a invertor and power board did you make that or where did you get that from.

- I haven't moved the memory cards because I'm not sure I'll use them...
- I still have to move the power switch, but I might just buy one and wire it to the solder side of the board.
- The HDD connector is going to be moved.
The power inverter board is what powers the monitor...it is a part of the factory monitor.

Not a problem. Remember read Ben's tutorial until you know it in your sleep...it will save you problems...then have it open when you are working so you can refer to it. That's what I did. And take your time!

Thanks I appreciate that. I have exp fixing 360's and installing mod chips...which is why I had to use a briefcase...lol. And why the cuts aren't the best in the world. This was also my first time using a dremel. Electronics are all basically the same Thank goodness.
I'd like to start making custom cases...but I don't think that will look nearly as good.
