So far, i've not found a film that looks any better than Blade Runner (1982, imo still the best sci-fi movie, ever.), and Terminator 1 whilst not having the best special effects still had the best final battle scene, the best Arnold lines, not to mention him as the villain (this made more sense during most fight scenes, because when a human is fighting a robot, the outcome was never so predictable).
Also, T3 is just a b-movie on a high budget, all out it's terrible, and the CGI is even worse than T2.
