My first portable

Includes but not limited to: SNES, Genesis, Sega CD, PlayStation 1, Nintendo 64, Dreamcast, Game Gear and I guess the Virtual Boy.

My first portable

hey people well I have been wanting to make a portable for awhile of a dc and i need help with wiring and etc. also would a joytech ps2 slimline screen be sufficient for this portable?

checklist:
dc check
soldering supplies check
my sanity not check
case check
controller check
battery ???
screen ???

were there are question marks are the information i need.

as of the screen, you need a lcd screen with av inputs like a portable dvd player.

the battery the only thing i know to power a dreamcast using batterys you need a picopsu-120 first.

ok i just bought a better screen at a garage sale today. its a 5 in. rca color lcd tv. i just took the screen out so i can see how i can connect it. it also looks like i can use it but i have no knowledge on this board ill upload an image of it and if anyone can help me out id appreciate it.

copulate!!!!!! just killed the board.........
well looks like this project is dead :( . and just to let you know my soldering iron killed some traces and fried a chip when i was soldering some wires to the gd rom port to relocate it and i accidentally burned my hand.
well i might as well start with an easier mod for a gbc then. :x
