Usergroups

How can I create a usergroup? There's no button for creating a new group. Is this just the way this site's subscribed to PHBB, or is it Ben's way of keeping the forums from going completely crazy? Can only mods or admins start them? If not, then why can we not create our own groups?

It's too bad we can't make our own user groups. I was going to make one "Game Boy Hacks", but we can't. I guess it's to keep a bunch of random stuff from popping up everywhere.

I guess I could always make a Google Usenet group: "alt.games.video.portable.gameboy.hacks" or something.

Please lock this thread. I think the whole Usergroups topic is clearer, so no one will have to ask about it again.
