vskid's FS Thread Updated 7-06-09

Post by vskid »

I've decided to clean out my room and make some money at the same time. Paypal is preferred. Everything is NTSC. All prices are without shipping. No trades. PM me if you are interested in something. I will consider offers, they'll work best if you want to buy multiple items. See this post for more info.
Click the pictures for bigger ones.

N64 Bundles $25
W/SSB-available
W/Zelda: OOT-available
Includes a N64 w/jumper pak (and hookups), 1 official controller, and your choice of SSB or Zelda: OOT.

N64 Systems and Cables $15 w/jumper, $20 w/Expansion
W/jumper-available
W/jumper-available
W/Expansion Pak-available
All systems work and have never been disassembled (to my knowledge). I won't be selling the systems separately from the cables (I can keep the cables, but you won't get a price reduction, may help shipping, though). The Pikachu N64 is not for sale (offer if you really want it), only the 3 black ones. There are currently 2 jumper paks and 1 expansion pak available.

N64 Controllers $6 for the 1st party, $8 for 3rd party
3rd party orange w/turbo-available
3rd party clear blue w/turbo-available
3rd party black superpad-available
3rd party black superpad w/turbo-pending
official gray-available
official gray-available
All controllers work. The two 1st party controllers have good sticks. Just ask if you want the names of the 3rd party controllers.

N64 Games $10 each
SSB-available
Zelda:OOT-available
I have Super Smash Bros and Zelda: Ocarina of Time (gray). Pics on request.

PS and PSone $12 for PS, $15 for PSone
PS (fat)-available
PSone-available
Both work. Each comes with all the cables and 1 dualshock controller. I'll post pics if requested.

PS Multitap $10
PS Multitap-available
Sealed, never opened. I assume it works, but I can't test it without opening it.
Image

PS2 Controller $10
PS2 Controller-available
The buttons and analogs can be rearranged. I have tested the controller. All the button "pods" work, but the far right "bay" (where the X, O, etc buttons would normally be) doesn't work with any of the pods. One of the pins in that bay seemed to be lower than the others, so probably an easy fix.
Image

PS2 Network/HDD Adapter $40
PS2 Network/HDD Adapter-available
Has ethernet port, phone port (I assume it has a modem), and IDE hdd connections. No hard drive.

Genesis Arcade Controller $7
Genesis Arcade Controller-available
Works. None of the other stuff in the picture is available anymore.

Probably more to come.

Do you have access to a torx driver? If so, could you pull the top off that pikachu N64? I might want to buy it.

If I remember correctly, the pikachu ones are no smaller on the inside than the normal ones. In fact I believe we had a topic about it once.

Although maybe you want it for other reasons.

I was the one who made that topic.

And we never got proof they are bigger OR smaller. ;) It was all speculation, I would love to settle this once and for all. Besides, it was an extremely late board rev, and there were at least 9 revisions on the normal N64, so another one is not out of the question.

It would be very interesting if there was a smaller board inside. That would mean more small n64 portables without a lot of cutting and relocating.

Yep.

And those many paragraphs I wrote about why it would be smaller that got shot down would live again.

Also, at least a few people would have to eat their hats.

Didn't I post in that thread?
Maybe not? I don't recall.

Regardless, I've opened good and plenty of those N64's and I can assure you, they're no bigger or smaller than any normal N64!

The next time I come across one I'll take pics for y'all.

I don't actually have any PlayStations right now, I just know that the thrift store has a ton of them. You don't really have anything that interests me...

$25+shipping?
blaze3927 wrote:Im interested in the 3rd party n64 controllers, do any of them have the ps1/ps2 type analog sticks?
They all use potentiometers like the PS analogs, but they are bigger and my have different resistance values. You could get a PS analog to work with them with a bit of work.

I've actually decided to keep that one, because it looks so awesome. Unless the price is right, of course, and $20 shipped would not be right.

Added a PS multitap.
