I know I'll be waiting a while, but right now, I don't have the money for it. I have a job, but most of it is going to helping my parents out and paying for my school.

He's right, I can do the RCP soldering like sifuf, and probably could cut down the screen, but as far as the case, I'm not ready. ANd im in the middle of my own n64 project, so you may be waiting untill late july.
See if you can Find someone who can do the case like him, and have someone build the intergrated controls circuit.

The and gate stuff is fairly simple. You could probably do it yourself SS if you wanted to give it a try. Just use a 4081 IC and run it off the 12 volt line for the 64. The one IC will handle all the buttons because it has 4 and gates built in. If your interested here is the datasheet.
