yeah gave him all the parts, he came out with 2 resistors complete the rated for 100 v and 100 omh and said there be fine. then when i said no he walked off, then came back and was going on about how he's into car steros mainly. I felt a bit thick tbh lol

i just had a thought, why do i need the capcitor ect the 7508 takes 7.4 - 36 v and turns it to 5 v what we need for the nes. what does the other stuff actually do surely u can go from the batt to the 7805 to the nes mb and it powers, then just do the video booster and it would work?

the capacitor acts as a filter i am pretty sure.

Clark is right. In any case the first capacitor is good. The second is crap- surface mount, wrong capacitance, and has a minimum order of like 70000. The diode seems okay. The resistors are a good try- correct but they have none and look at the minimum quantity. After school I'll find you some.
