no I do not have it. i got it in a box of junk from an auction. It powers on green lights and goes to dashboard though

Can you install a new DVD drive for the xbox 360 without the old dvd drive/key
meaning can you somehow read the dvd drive key from the mobo and then just flash the new drive with it or is it basically just a paperweight now?

Right now there is no way to get drive key off motherboard. You can use it for dvd player. I will still work for arcade games. With a drive installed so you don't get banned of course.
