Post by CraigD »

Okay, I am having no luck getting the RF box off. I have done all the desoldering I can work on it. Any tips?

Yea, dremel worked good for the four big chunks. Problem was the center pin had a huge glob of solder on the back side and as I wiggled the connection loose, it ended up taking a nice large piece of trace with it. I'm thinking this is headed for the bin now.

Get some wire, strip it, and wire all the formerly-connected traces together.
