Radica Portable Help!( MY FIRST PORTABLE)

Okay heres the deal I have been looking around for a few days wondering where to start with my portable making. I wanted to start somewhere easy and I have decided to start with portablizing one of my gen/radica machines.

But before I start tearing stuff apart i have a few questions:

1. Vac Forming how do I build a vac-form machine a link would be great.

2. A list of screen types i could use and info on how cheap and easy they are to get would also be great.

As much info on these would be great i want to start this as soon as possible and anything else you think I think i would need to know thanks guys
