xbox ring dimension please?

Could someone measure the diameter of the ring on the original xbox. (Including the clear plastic that shines)

I almost sent the sign shop with a guess of how big that hole is!

What you making to go in there? I'll see if I can measure mine when I get home.

I'm using the original ring for my xbox laptop project. If no one can get it by today I can get it myself when I get home (I always forget though )

So you just want the measurement of the plastic? changing out the logo? I can probably get you a measurement in about 2 hours.

You know the eject button on the xbox? And then you know how there's that clear plastic ring around it that lets the LEDs shine through? I need to know the diameter of that (not the button in it)

I'm cutting a hole for that button and want to include the glowing ring. It's the only part I'm missing to send to the sign shop right now

It's about 1/16 short of 3/4 of an inch.
