I updated the Frames layout of the site a bit...

Mostly the top and left panels are THEENER! (thinner - Inside joke) This allows the main "meat" window to be bigger.

There's also DUAL TICKERS at the top, along with slightly smaller "E-Z Nav" buttons. A new Phoenic button appears and leads to the "under construction" site.

I've tested this with Netscape 7 and IE 6, but if anyone finds any bugs let me know (Netscape messed up the top panel when scaling the window to small sizes) Shouldn't be a problem when full-screen, but still keep me posted.

most people just bypass the frames anyway they get in the way

Thanks Ben, that's much nicer to read with. I won't need by Fram Bypassing skills anymore.

P.S. Have you finished reading my report. It's just a rough draft you know...
