GBA led

On the gameboy advance the led changes colour when the battery is running low.

Can someone please explain to me how this is done thank you

It's probably just a bicolor LED.

Most bicolor LEDs have three pins, with ground in the middle, and a different positive for each color.


Simple!

That is what i thought but wasnt sure on how you would get it to change the positive when the battery is running low

There's a guide on here somewhere for a power LED that can do that.

Nope, not a bi color LED. Just two SMT LEDs really close to each other.

so if i wanted to could i connect one positive of a bicolor led to the positive of one of the leds and the other positive to the positive of the other led and have a bicolor led working and changing green and red with the power leds?
