I have the same bc on my battery. I'm not sure what it's for, but it is important.

I don't want to open too many threads,(I saw your N64 project) so what cable do I use to relocate the cart slot.

Cable? I just used computer IDE/ribbon cable. As for wiring up the psone charging port, the metal parts on the side are ground, and the pin in the middle is positive.

Well, are they labled P+ P- B+ and B-? P- is ground and P+ is positive. If you solder to the "B" plus and ground, your bypassing the whole protection circuit all together.

well, it is the same on top and on bottom, B+ (red)positive BC (white) B- (black)

I have the step-down regulator, I don't know which wire to connect it to?

It's your choice. Nobody to my knowledge has ever used that screen except for a couple really old portables made by people who aren't on here anymore It would be a big gamble because that screen may be huge, and/or a power hog.

you could get a PSone/zenith screen on ebay 10 dollars less, and from all the stuff i get off ebay it's really reliable. the only thing i got that didn't work was a usb hard drive, which was a laptop hard drive plugged into a usb enclosure
