Scrolling effect on PS1 Screen
Bought a PS1 screen off the interwebz and it finally arrived today. Only problem is when I hooked it up to my PS1, the screen showed the image but the image looked like it was vibrating or scrolling, meaning I can't really use it. I know it isn't the fault of the PS1 as I tessted it with another screen and it worked perfectly. Anyone got any tips on how to get it work, or should I just send it back?

Re: Scrolling effect on PS1 Screen
Using some random one I got a while back, but it works with my spare screen so that can't be the problem.

Is it an NTSC screen on a PAL console, or vice versa?

Re: Scrolling effect on PS1 Screen
I'd send it back if I was you, sounds like some components on the board somewhere are failing. Only other thing I can think of is if the C-sync has a bad solder joint or the wire is loose? (just guessing).

It sounds like an issue with voltage. Since the video is unregulated, it can be a bit finickey. Do you have a 7808?
Hey, sup?
