PSone basic info?

Hi, there`s a psone for sale (very, very cheap) but the seller says that the laser flat cable is bad. Is psone laser compatible with psx laser in any way, can I swap laser only since psone is very thin....

The psone laser and the Ps1 laser are the same, so yes you can.
