Attempting to make a Portable GC, need help.

Ok first off I have 3 gamecubes laying around my house. I took one and downloaded some instuctions off the internet. And now I shall begin this whole crap. I will have the assistance of one of my father's friends who does stuff like this for a living. here are a few videos of people doing stuff like this. I will post my progress on the site.





now all I need is a screen, I am currently looking for my old portable DVD.

I am flipping tired. Anyway first question is, What material would I need to make the casing?

To make a case, you may need a project case from polycase.

hmmm, where would I be able to find polycase? Home Depot? I removed the rumble motor because I do not want it shacking, Also would it be possible to use a wireless controller that is missing the receiver?

how would I make another one? or would you recommend me to restart and use a normal controller.

Does anyone know any good gamecube decompiling tutorial. Like how I attage it to the gamecube and everything?

Ok I unscrewed it apart, now I want to get rid of the rumble feature so it doesn't rumble while I play.

Cut them off. You're rewiring later anyway.

I didn't even cut it off yet. I tried everything to unscrew my gamecube, burning a pen and making a mold for a home made gamebit screwdriver and it failed. last resort is to buy a real gamebit screwdriver but I am on a budget.

But I will leave the GC alone for a while.

Now when I remove the wire what do I do after?

Don't worry about a case untill you have a good handle on the guts.

Cut off the wire, leaving enough to connect it to the GC.
