Okay, there are so many things wrong with that circuit. First- a 7805 has too high a voltage for a GBA, and WAY too high for the batteries. It would be best to omit it entirely. Secondly the grounds are redundant. And it has no charge limitation whatsoever. It's okay if you fix those mistakes and make sure your solar panel has a fairly low voltage.
