Metallica Man X, my band is getting nice and heavy, more so than that Possum song. I should send you a track or two when we get our demo completed.

That's pretty rad! I really really really wish I had a band to jam with...all I have is me, and I'm not that great of a drummer...it's important to have a good balanced sound with the instruments so you can get a nice and heavy, heavy metal sound..and my lack of drum skills (and the fact that I take forever to record things since I'm doing it all myself, killing the "moments") doesn't help me much. I also lack good recording gear to boot....that and I'm a terrible song writer. Possumus the the ONLY song I've ever actually written...everything else is just riffs....

I could start working on a rhythm guitar part, and I could do backing vocals, as being a freshman in HS, i don't believe those high notes will come easy. Kick-ass drums would be great, not quite over the top, but advanced. Anyone able to handle that?
