i have a sony pocket tv that only has rf i can open it up
and tuch the game systems rf adapter to it but it only come in half way
i saw ss do it and i want to to
only difrence is mine is a sony pocket tv

Don't connect both to ground.* One wire goes to ground, the other goes to some signal input. (Try the place where the built-in antenna connects.)

I know it is bad.
but anyways...Thats just it the built in anntent is connected to ground.So what should the other point say?
If your going to take the time to post, having a psp keyboard is no excuse not to use full words... It only takes a few seconds longer to type them out. But i'd be looking around the board for some unused connections that might give you a spot to put your input to.
