i have a useless SNES i want to mod, but i have no idea what i should do

PLEASE suggest somethings for me to do with this thing

Take some rubbing alcohol, and a nice cotton towel, clean her off real good, then treasure her forever.

the controller ports are broken
so realy i cant do anything with it unless i buy new ports or something

Try taking it apart and cleaning the contacts. The ribbon cable is probably just making poor contact.
