Okay, first the female USB ports. You can get these at any computer place that sells parts. Like TigerDirect or NewEgg or whatever you Yanks have. Up here in the great white north (yeah right, all it does is rain here) I like NCIX and this little place called HLTechnology. The ones you'll find will have a little cable and come on a bracket. You can rip off the bracket and probably a lot of the casings. You can probably find these locally.

Tact switches can be found anywhere. If you want just regular ones, anywhere from SparkFun to Digi-Key. You can also steal them off of VCRs and crap but I have a feeling you're not that cheap. If you want the squishy kind you have to go to Mouser or EBay.

Why do you need an HDMI port? The XBOX doesn't support HDMI.

Most of those ports you can get at pretty much any electronics place. Like I said, Digi-Key or Mouser, but the Digi-Key catalog is a b**** to browse. Or if you're me, you rip them off DVD players and crap like that. I'd send you some but I live in Canada. I think SparkFun has one of those ethernet ports, but I'm not sure.

I sat down with my Mouser catalog and came up with these numbers. You ought to be able to go to Mouser.com and punch the item numbers in to see pics or other details. I went with all through-hole components because that's what I prefer to use. Some parts did have surface-mount options available. I just picked what I'd get if I was shopping for this. If you're looking for extreme-weather or some other special option, let me know, and I'll see what I can find for you.

USB Port- 154-2742-E
Tact Switch- 688-SKHRAA
Membrane Tact Switch- TL9000F120QG (That's a Digikey number. I couldn't find the Mouser number, but I could take another look later if needed.
Fan- Ummm. Can you get me more info? Voltage? Exact dimensions?
S-Vid- 571-5749181-1 (I think this is right. I'll need to get my calipers to find out.)
Composite- 161-0099-E (yellow plastic, nickel plated)
Audio- 161-4218-E (Both L & R jacks, color-coded, nickel plated)
VGA- 587-634-015-274-906 (15-pin, black plastic. Blue is also available 587-634-015-263-032)
HDMI- 737-HDMI-S-RA-1
Ethernet- 571-2-406549-4 or 571-2-406-549-1 (The difference is the LEDs. One is yel/grn, one is grn/yel.)
