Speaker in a CD case.

I took a Headphone speaker apart and put it in a CD case...

It has pretty good volume.
It can do just about the same volume as an LG on full volume.
It has line in.
And that big hole on the top is so the music can actually get out.

why? wouldnt turning up the headphones do the same thing? and why a cd case? why not an nes cart?

first pic i thought was the cd placement holder (whatever you call the circle thing that holds the cd in place while it spins) and figured that modded the speaker into that thing on a working cd player

I case-modded a CD once. I put a Jethro Tull CD in a Pink Floyd case. :roll:

You can build a solar cell in a CD case. There's instructions somewhere.
