I want to make a (good) n64p where would i get the materials nad how much would that cost?

search around a bit. There's many ways to make a portable anything, some methods being better than others. Check out http://www.doomportables.org . Also, it'd be nice if you put posts in the correct forum, or the N64 forum in this case
