Should I get the Chill Mobile or a regular car?

Not too much for horsepower, but it makes about 200 lb/ft of torque with the stock headers and 1 barrel carb, and our low-geared truck with that motor can carry 3/4 of a ton and get 15 MPG.

Isnt 15 pretty bad?

Ewww Honda Oddesey sucks big time, from what my parents said when they test drove one, it has absolutely no get up and go, they ended up getting a Ford Windstar instead, which was a decent Van, but still not as good as our 97' Windstar was.

Now we only have a Ford Fusion.

Yes my Parents are Ford people.
My dad was a cop for many years, and he says the Chevy police Cruisers were always having problems.

I have a Friend that is getting an old Crown Victoria Police Interceptor, still has the lights on it too.

We own an Odyssey. It's quite reliable, has PLENTY of get-up-and-go compared to our other vans (and my ford focus. tehe ), and has a copulate of room inside for passengers or cargo. Not to mention a fold-flat rear seat (Which, when not folded flat, adds quite a bit of room to the trunkspace).

It's a good van, would make for a nice conversion.

personally i am of the opinion that new vehicles (post 2000) are a massive waste of money and just kinda suck in general unless you are buying a high dollar car. buying used older cars FTW!

What about a Old Jeep Cherokee? Get one with the I-6 4.0L. Bullet Proof Engine and enough low end torque to pretty much smoke anything till you get out of second gear

But yah they are indestructible, low maintenance, lots of storage (you are looking at a Station Wagon that goes off-road), 4x4, and cheap. Plenty of modifications can be done to them as well. Perfect beach car I might add.
