Pandora's Batteries a thing of the past?

So let me get this straight... I simply put this/these file/s on the memory stick as photos. And then do whatever I need to do. And I can run homebrew?

Small service fee? How exactly do you pay your employees and the rent, then? You are either lying, or ripping people off (We know which one of those is the case).

Also, your UMD idea is officially the stupidest idea I have heard on this forum. We explained to you why it will not work, why do you keep insisting it will? This is the reason the PSP scene sucks so hard.

Also, you once said "I am going to try it anyways". What did you try? I am actually curious, did you jam gamecube games into the UMD drive, or what?

Please, give up on the UMD idea. Don't you realize that the sigcheck on it has not been exploited, and never will be? Do you ever understand how any of this works?

And I'm pretty sure you cannot hack a PSP through the UMDs because it would require somthing to be able burn UMDs which there is currently nothing to burn to UMDs Publicly avalible.

He actually made a thread stating that he thought the best way to hack the PSP 3000 was to make a CFW UMD.

I pointed out they do not exist, that the filesystem is largely unknown, and that little is known of the UMD protocol. I also pointed out that the UMD laser was about 20nm off any commercially available diodes, so you would not be able to burn them IF you had them.

He of course insisted that we would not know till we tried, that we were all closed minded, and that we were just going to wait and see, since he would try it himself. I gave such sound reasons against it that I am amazed that he still thinks it is even a remotely PLAUSIBLE idea.

personally, i think the pandora's battery hack is the easiest. what's better about the pandora's battery is that you can buy those things premade for no more than 10 dollars.

Yep, they are signed. Just another reason. The signing checks have not been cracked, people just skipped the UMD and boot stuff off the mem stick.
