PSone screen

i'm planning on making an m64. i was going to use a gamecube screen but it takes 12v

. i would like to use a PSone screen, but i hear it needs hacking, and i'm kinda a newbie

. does anyboby have pics or instructions about how to hack the AV thing?

Incase you didn't notice, the N64 has a 12V line anyways. Just tie the screen to that.

Incase you didn't notice, the N64 requires 12V anyways. Just tie the screen to that.

So. A 7805 takes 7.2-36volts! 12v just seems to be a standard thing!

. where should the +- from a battery go, does it go to ground or something?

Last I checked, 21:16 is 23 minutes after 20:53

The power for the screen hooks up right into the battery. The n64 needs 3.3V also, so you need to use a power regulator for it.

i noticed the pic in the first responce for conecting composite AV to the screen only had 1 f each wire. AV cables have 2 wires, inside and outside. which wire is shown in the pic and where does the other one connect to?

If you had read, you would have seen "*Remember to tie the consoles and the screens grounds together!". Meaning, tie the AV grounds to ground on your 64.
