Troubles uploading *.swf files to website.

Post by Kurt_ »

Well, the title says it all. I'm trying to upload a single file to a specific location via FTP. It should work. It says it works. But when the transfer completes, the file is not listed as being on the website.

I'm just trying to get a no-frills, no-ads version of Boxhead for me to play. S'all I want! But the *.swf file doesn't like being uploaded, I guess. Any suggestions?

I can't tell, but it loads up something(appears to be a game of some sort) in flash when I click the link.

Kurt, Playing Boxhead right now. This stuff's awesome. :D

Having read "The Zombie Survival Guide," this game just fits in to the scenario: Save your ammo, keep moving, and be alert!

EDIT: Game over, final score 579000. Level 4.

EDIT2: Defense mode, 16991100

EDIT 3: Nightmare Mode Defense, 106,307,500

Yeah, freehostia just sucks. won't upload videos or music of any kind.

Yesterday I got to 1.3 trillion. I established a base in survival mode. Eventually there was so many and they were so fast my turrets and airstrikes did nothing.

Here's the kicker: I was 7th... of the DAY. The minimum score to beat to get on the all-time high score list is... 403589000000 points.

403 trillion. I was playing for like an hour to get 1.3. Nerds.

Yeah I fixed it a while ago. Freehostia just doesn't like to host music or videos of any kind. No matter, it's free, and I don't need anything more than that right now.
